The ruling and opposition parties agreed Tuesday to revise bills to establish a consumer affairs agency that would centralize the administration of matters relating to consumers.

OSAKA--A 37-year-old male nurse working at a hospital in Osaka was found to have contracted tuberculosis, it was learned Tuesday.
